PREDA Agency Prijedor
The Agency was founded in accordance with the Law on the Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises of Republic of Srpska ("Official Gazette of Republic of Srpska number " broj 64/02, 34/06) and the Law on Public Services ("Official Gazette of Republic of Srpska" number 17/92).
In later years, there was conducted the harmonization of founding acts of the Agency for Economic Development of Prijedor municipality " "PREDA-PD" with the Law on Public Services System ("Official Gazette of Republic of Srpska" 68/07), Law on the Promotion of Development of Small and Medium Enterprises - Consolidated version ("Official Gazette of Republic of Srpska" number 23/09), Law on Classification of Activities and Register of Business Entities of Companies ("Official Gazette of Republic of Srpska" number 74/10), Decree on Classification of Activities of Republic of Srpska ( "Official Gazette of Republic of Srpska" number 119/10).
"The goal of this law is to create business friendly surrounding, promote the establishing, growing and developing small and medium enterprises, increase its competitiveness by creating innovations and develop the awareness of the importance of small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurship for economic development."
Activities of the Agency
We develop and implement developing projects in the following sectors:
Economic development
Social development
Environment protection and energy efficiency
Organizational scheme
Within its work, all organizational units and sectors in its line are obliged to cooperate with all organizations and institutions operating in the area of the City of Prijedor, aimed at creating joint projects or representation to other parties.
