The authorities:

The Department of General Administration performs professional and administrative tasks relating to: civic and public affairs ( registries, citizenship, personal name etc.), handling of registers of births, marriage, death and citizenship, electoral register, admission office matters (clerks office), archives, one stop shop, authenticated signatures, transcripts, organization of work of local offices and supervision of its work, issuance of certificates from public registers as well as normative - legal matters ( preparation of decision and other act drafts from authorization of the Department, civil protection matters, management of integrated development of the City from the scope of the Department and other tasks which are not within authority of other departments of the City Administration.
