The authorities:
Within the Department of Traffic, Municipal Affairs, Environment and Legal Properties and Housing Affairs are performed the professional and managing matters related to: organization and way of performance of public traffic on the territory of the City, provision of conditions for building and maintaining streets and squares, local roads, villages, field and other non-categorized roads, provision of organization, material and other conditions for building and maintaining municipal facilities and infrastructure, execution of tasks for the needs of municipal activities, issuance of environmental licenses and marking environmental dates, housing policy ( enforcement of housing laws, planning, construction and maintenance of buildings), establishing, filing of changes and filing of the entire immovable properties of the City ( construction land, all kinds of construction facilities and parts of facilities - business spaces, flats, garages, etc.), delivery data on registered property of the City to the Tax Office of Republic of Srpska, cooperation with Public Defender Office or a person authorized to represent the City, taking over all actions to register immovable property of the City in accordance with laws, standards and recommendations of the Head Auditing Office of Republic of Srpska; making reports on record of property of the City and cooperation regarding this matter with Professional Service of the Mayor - Section of Legal Affairs and Department of Finance; performs tasks from the field of managing integrated development of the City from the scope of the Department.
