The authorities:

Section of Strategic Planning, Projects Management and Development performs the following tasks: operational preparation of necessary acts to start process of planning and reviewing the Strategy of Development and sector development plans ;operational coordination of activities on making and reviewing the Strategy Development and sector development plans, including the coordination of activities of Development Team, prepares and organizes regular meetings of the Partner Group to consider the status of implementation of the Plan of the Strategy and defining possible recommendations for advancement of implementation process, promotion of results in implementation of the Strategy of Development towards the broader public, an active tracking of economic trends aimed at planning economic development; tasks of international and regional cooperation and European integrations, organization and coordination of reception of investors at the level of the City Administration, cooperation with international donor and credit organizations, making and updating data base on current investments projects, linking of accepted initiatives with PS with processes of action planning of the Strategy and other plans, making and managing data base on investments in the City of Prijedor in the last year and other tasks at the request of the Mayor, implementation of joint project activities that are implemented in partnership with public companies, institutions and NGO sector aimed at the development of the City, preparation and making projects in cooperation with authorized organizational units of the City Administration, tracking programs and funds of the EU available in BiH, initiating investment projects in the City of Prijedor by providing money from available funds and programs, promotion of work and managing of unique data base on projects being implemented and status of its implementation.
